Had a really tough run today. Hahha. Ran the 400m in 56seconds and 800m in 2min10seconds. The atmosphere was crazy. Saw pip before te event and asked him about jipson. He say jipson like to read my blog and is very excited when I blog about him. I hope jipson is studying hard now and not slack around.

ANyway it was a tugh run damn shag after that. Did ice bath with jayanta after that. Nice
