Today had Wings Cross Country. Me and my sister won our respective categories again.

For me it was a very tough race because a steep hill was thrown in!! so damn tired after the hill… haha. rui yong was very strong. he was catching me reallly really fast and i only beat him by 3 seconds! THink he is in great shape for cross country!!

Dinah won 2nd in the womens category losing to an Ang Moh who can do 32min for 10km!!! thats good stuff!!

Back to the bed to rest for tomorrow’s All Comers 5km
