Gave a talk at a forum at ACS after my NIE Biathlon. SSC CEO Mr Oon Jin Teik was also present to give a speech. Mr Choo Wee Khiang also gave a very interesting speech about Foreign Talent, very apt since he was the pioneer of the foreign talent scheme in table tennis where he was the president.
