It has been a rather fun IVP year.

2 bronzes from Swimming 1500m and 400m freestyle.

1 gold from 10,000m Track with a new meet record time of 33.57. Oh well, i really thought I could do much faster than that based on my training but it was not to be. at least the first 2 digits are 33. hahaha. Maybe i will do much better at ASEAN UNiversity Games in December. 

Next up will be Bali Beach Games on the 26th of October
